For nearly a decade, Renzo's has brought the Argentine asador tradition to Tampa Bay — wood-fired cooking passed down through generations, wine chosen by story, hospitality that feels like family. Soho is the culmination: our newest, largest location, purpose-built for the full experience on one of Tampa's most beloved dining streets.

The Asador Argentine wood-fire is not a technique — it is a philosophy. Low heat, patient time, and the honest smoke of quebracho hardwood. At Renzo's Soho, the parrilla anchors everything: the kitchen, the menu, the meal.
The Cellar An own wine and spirits program curated exclusively for Soho — Mendoza Malbec, high-altitude Torrontés, Uruguayan Tannat, and a bar stocked with Argentine vermouths, piscos, and amaro. Chosen by palate, not by score.
The Building A self-standing, purpose-built space on South Howard — not a renovation, not a conversion. Designed from the ground up as a full-evening destination: dinner, the bar, late night. The largest location in the Renzo's family, built to house all of it under one roof.

Our wine and spirits program at Soho is entirely our own — independent selection, Argentine and South American focus, a bar program built to complement the fire-driven menu. This is not a list assembled from a distributor catalogue. It is a cellar built from conviction.
